Our private initial assessment is a meeting that helps us uncover all the pieces that make you, you. What is holding you back from feeling like you can achieve what you want to achieve, feel and look the way you want to look. Together we dive into your mind and body, habits and lifestyle to put together a plan of action for permanent success.
Your 1-hour private one-on-one initial assessment session will include a health and medical questionnaire, diet habits, allergies, your past experiences with diet & exercise, hobbies, work life, etc.
